The York Community Pride Awards have returned for 2025. Hosted by YO1 Radio's Claire Pulpher, it will come to York Racecourse on September 11.
Nominations for 11 wide-ranging categories are now open - they close on Friday, June 6.
Last year saw the manager of York's Salvation Army - Charlie Malarkey - win the flagship Outstanding Contribution Award.
His dedication to helping rough sleepers in the city over the past 17 years made him a perfect candidate to be celebrated at the awards night.
