North Yorkshire Police are appealing for information following an assault that took place in Acomb.
The incident occurred at around 8:45pm on Monday 9th June 2025 in the car park of The Co-op store on Beckfield Lane, and involved an altercation between a man and a woman, both believed to be in their early 20s.
Both individuals sustained injuries but did not require hospital treatment.
A man has been arrested in connection with the incident and has since been released on bail while investigations continue.
Witnesses Urged to Come Forward
Officers are particularly keen to hear from anyone who directly witnessed the altercation and can provide an account of what happened.
