North Yorkshire Police are appealing for information after a bold daytime theft of an electric bike in York.
It happened on Tuesday 13 May 2025 at around 12.15pm, and involved two people using an axe to break a bike lock, and steal an electric bike at the David Lloyds gym on Windmill Lane. The bike is a black HITWAY e-bike.
We’re particularly appealing for any information, witnesses, or anyone who has seen the bike since to get in touch.
